A very interesting article. John Lott (Author of More Guns, Less Crime) made an interesting argument to the effect of that the statement of wanting to make the amendment "serving militia" only, then in a roundabout way former Justice Stevens is himself admitting that the 2nd amendment is about civilian possession of firearms.
